You may call or text 24 hours a day.

Calls and text messages are returned:

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. -11: a.m.

We do not check messages or return calls outside of the above hours or on any major holiday. 

 DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES

 We are open by appointment only. This includes check-ins, check-outs, and tours.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

~ Check-in and Check-out appointments are available: 

    Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 & 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

    Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. 

    Sunday - CLOSED to our human friends

~ We now offer curbside drop-off and pick-up! Simply pull right up to the front doors and we will come outside and meet you! You are, of course, welcome to come into the lobby if you prefer. Our lobby is very small so we kindly ask that you wait outside if another client is checking in or out. We do take dogs that are not social here and our primary goal is always safety. Please keep your dog on a leash while coming in and out or on the front of our property.

NEW CLIENTS

We love making new friends so if you are our soon-to-be forever client, we welcome you!

Here at the Ranch we require a trial night stay ahead of your booking to ensure a good fit for both parties before moms and dads travel. There is no charge for this stay. We also understand that some of you may want to set up a tour prior to booking your trial stay.​ At this time, our tour and trial times are very limited so we are reserving those spots for new clients who have upcoming dates we can accommodate.

Please text or call our office so that we may check your dates for availability and then proceed with setting up a time for your overnight trial and if you would like, a one-on-one private tour of our facility!

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We offer contactless payments in addition to in-person payments.
