You may call or text 24 hours a day.

Calls and text messages are returned:

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. -11: a.m.

We do not check messages or return calls outside of the above hours or on any major holiday. 

 DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES

 We are open by appointment only. This includes check-ins, check-outs, and tours.

TRIALS:

We require a trial to ensure a good fit before booking your vacation.

 Trials are based on availability and we do them at no charge to you! 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

~ Check-in and Check-out appointments are available: 

    Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 & 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

    Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. 

    Sunday - CLOSED to our human friends

~ We now offer curbside drop-off and pick-up! Simply pull right up to the front doors and we will come outside and meet you! You are, of course, welcome to come into the lobby if you prefer. Our lobby is very small so we kindly ask that you wait outside if another client is checking in or out. We do take dogs that are not social here and our primary goal is always safety.

~ Please plan to bring food and any necessary medications. We kindly ask you not to bring any other personal items from home. We provide beds, bowls, leashes, linens, bones, and treats. Be sure to notify us if they cannot have these goodies.

TOURS:

We understand some of you are our soon-to-be forever clients and would like to take a peek at our facility ahead of your scheduled booking.

Our tour times are limited and not offered during client hours so we reserve tours for new clients who have upcoming boarding dates we can accommodate. 

Please text or call our office so that we may check your dates for availability and then proceed with setting up a time for a one-on-one private tour of our facility!

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We offer contactless payments in addition to in-person payments.
