Here is some helpful information!

We work by appointment only for all services including tours, trials and bookings.

At this time we are not accepting new DOG clients for the following times:

The weekend prior to Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving week, Christmas school break and Manatee County spring break. You are welcome to add to our wait list for these times. We reserve the high demand times for our long standing clients with 10 or more prior bookings. 

We understand picking a place to leave your pets while you are away is a very big decision and that some of you may want to set up a tour prior to booking a stay. Our tour times are limited and so they are reserved for our new guests who have upcoming dates we are able to accommodate. We kindly ask that you do not bring your pet to the tour. This limits exposure and disruption to our current guests. 

We require a trial stay for all new dogs. This is your dog's time to get to know the Ranch and familiarize themselves with us and us with them! This helps ensure a good fit for both parties before moms and dads travel. There is no charge for this stay. Trials are usually scheduled on Tuesday's & Wednesday's. We reserve trial spots for new clients who have upcoming dates we can accommodate.

Please text or call our office so that we can check your dates for availability and then proceed with setting up a time for your overnight trial and if you would like, a one-on-one private tour of our facility! Once you have your trial and booking scheduled please find the appropriate paperwork below and follow instructions listed.

Required vaccines:

Rabies - up to date 

Distemper - up to date

Parvo - up to date

Bordatella - this must be given within 6 months of the stay. For the bordatella vaccine we need paperwork showing the date it was administered, not the date it expires. We require it every 6 months even if it's an annual vaccine.

Please complete a copy of our paperwork for each pet boarding. For cats and pocket pets please use the link above paperwork for each pet that will be boarding.

Please, upload, text  or email, a copy of your cat's current records showing their up to date rabies and distemper vaccines.

We provide litter boxes, litter, bowls, beds and toys. Please bring their food in an airtight seal container, and any medications they may need.

POCKET PETS

GUINEA PIGS, HAMPSTERS, RATS, HEDGEHOGS, SUGAR GLIDERS ETC...
