This is the Ranch cell and can be used to call or text. 

You may call or text 24 hours a day but please note that all calls and text messages are returned Monday - Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-11.


We do not check messages or return calls outside of the above hours or on any major holiday. 




 DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURE: 

Our primary goal in all we do is safety.

For the safety of your family and ours, we will be offering the following procedures: 



~ We are open by appointment only. This includes drop-off, pick-up, and tours.

    Appointments are available: 

    Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 & 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

    Saturday 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. 

    Sunday - CLOSED to our human friends


~ We now offer curbside drop-off and pick-up! Simply pull right up to the front doors and we will come outside and meet you! If you don't see one of us when you pull in, please call or text, 941-524-2772 to let us know you have arrived. We will be right with you!

 

~ Please plan to bring food and any necessary medications. We kindly ask you not to bring any other personal items from home.




TOURS:
We understand some of you are our soon-to-be forever clients and would like to take a peek at our facility. Please know that we will be more than happy to show you around! Please call our office so that we may set up a time for a one on one private tour of our facility! In the meantime, we encourage you to check out all of our pictures on the website and on Facebook. 



OVERNIGHT GUESTS:

*Please plan to just bring food and necessary medications *

We provide everything else needed for the stay and we prefer to use our own items. 


~ We provide beds, bowls, leashes, linens, bones, and treats. Be sure to notify us if they cannot have these goodies.


* FOR ALL LONG TERM AND REGULAR GUESTS *

We will be happy to keep your food here! You can even have it shipped directly to us!

We will gladly store it here and let you know when you are getting low so that you may replace it. 



PAYMENTS


We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We offer contactless payments in addition to in-person payments.
